Dear All,

Can anybody enlighten me if retread tyres are suitable for drifting since it is for rough usage & more economical for use in the track.

Your feedback is most appreciated.

From: RETREAD TYRES SUPPLIER.

I think got somebody selling such tyres.

IT was like RM80/pc or something like tat.

Never used before but heard it was just so-so.

i buy from kazuto. nice to use on rear.
grip is bad during 1st 5~10%. try on road front and rear, take at least 100km to run in then only start to grip. for drift purpose, good thing is cheap and longer life. won't tear off. and not easy to over heat.
bad thing is, tyre is heavy then normal.

Thanks for the comment, we will find ways to improve the performance by using different rubber compound.

let me know if any new coming out. i have use more then 10 set since october. i'm using 185/60/14. if the tread can make like 15 in type (with rotation) will be impress.

185/60R14 offer to u at RM57.00/pc. Can give a try cos different manufacturer produce different matrix.

:P RM57/pc? can have a look before deciding? where your shop?

let me know where to collect. i will test and give you feedback. will take 4, use on front and rear.
