Position : Contract for One (1) Year

RESPONSIBILITIES
Some of the key responsibilities (in respect to IT related activities) will include:
• Develop 1P Dev CC SDLC Process framework
• Responsible for ensuring definition and rollout of standardized SDLC and Support processes across 1P Dev CC
• Conduct periodic quality audits for process and service quality
• Responsible for Service Level Management
• Ensure all quality related non-compliances are addressed by Development and Support teams prior to Release of Product
• Responsible for facilitating 1P Dev CC in adopting Quality Framework established by Bank

Experience
• Total of over 6 years in IT Product Development and Minimum of 4 years experience as SQA for SIBS Core Banking Product
• SIBS Product knowledge
• Experienced in atleast one end-to-end implementation cycle of SIBS in a large Bank
• Experienced in performing Quality Audits, and establish continuous Quality Plan for 1P Dev CC
• Experienced with CASE Tools for SDLC Process Design such as ARIS
• Knowledge of CMMI, TMMI, ITIL
• Certification in CMMI/ITIL is an added advantage

Education
Any recognized degree or its equivalent
