Recently I drove on a pile of water and the plastic below front fender(Black plastic between tyre and fender I don't really know what it is called) got damage now it keeps on drop and scratch with the tyre.

I want to ask sifus here is it ok if I just remove the black pastic? Will it cause anything?
If it is better to replace the plastic, can I know where to get it and what is the market price ?

I know that a high quality semi synthetic oil could also last up to 10,000km but the oil filter must be good as well. However because of my driving style, I'm thinking that using semi...
