My Kelisa Is In Trouble... Help Needed From Sifu2

Hello Sifu-sifu and taiko-taiko sekalian.. :)

I have this major problem will needs a solution soon...

Well when i drag my car.... maybe 6,000RPM n above then change to second gear, there is this irritating sound coming from my transmision box i guess... GREEAAAKKKKKKKKKKK!! damn freaking loud.... the same thing will happend when changing to third gear...

At first i thought is was my clucth, but last 3 week i change mine already... somemore it's was 58,000KM already so agak-agak this is the time to change clucth... see-see the clucth memang makan like hell already.. 98% worn out already.. so lucky le.. so i was thinking, it must be the clucth... but i was wrong.. :(

It's just hurts when my fishy screams whenever i drive fast... *sob-sob* Any ideas guys on this problem, does any of u facing the same thing?? SIFU & TAIKO out there, pls give me a answer on this problem.. is it my gearbox?? :(

Didnt you mod your clutch to short shift in a post i saw last time?.Could be welding not done properly kua.

Another may be when you change gear the rubber piece that your clutch plate is supposed to be inserted to (as you mentioned in gears 2 and 3) is gone.The freeplay in that space may be causing the sound.

the sound came event be4 i did my mod for the short shift.... so couldn't be that.. right?? the rubber thing?? meaning?? so blur.. explaination pls.... how to repaitr this?? how much... what type of shops??

or is it the cluth plat that u have is not the original one, my brother L5 kancil kena a few round after he go and change after market brand!!!

or maybe the clutch plate never align properlly? or something like that le... if not how come ur clutch 98% gone? thatz damned damned bad edy...

cannot be... i used back the same type of exedy clucth but from japan.... not the local one...

cannot be the clucth problem le.. argh... damn susah le... later in TT we talk...

Only one suggestion go see an old bird mechanicloh, let him check is the best, afterthat burn a hole on your pocket thats it :lol:

takde duit le bang.... argh... is minor thing than nvm.... but if big mojor thing... pokai le me.... have to eat roti bakar, and air kosong everyday for few months :(

this is no major problem quickly repair it, if kena big one won't si kiau kiaula go claim your insuranceloh :D Youngman cannot afford no car, otherwise how to fetch gurl gurl for movie and pak tor!!! :lol:

i got my workshop be4... he said maybe gear box problem....
but he said he don't dare to do it.... so he advise me to ask other workshop..

about the young man story... very true.. :) going true it now.. hahahaha

in that case he is not experienceloh, old bird gear box stuff is normal work for them!!!

no car can use benggali black bicycle ma, can do body hugging ma :lol:
