Low speed cam -
In Dur/lift - 228/7.58mm
Ex Dur/lift 232/8.24mm

High speed cam -
In Dur/lift - 300/10.41mm
Ex Dur/lift 285/9.83mm

I had try this similar cam before ..... fast respond from mid range to high rpm range .....
1.8 can very smooth rev until 9k rpm .....

Of cz. As long as you use a 1st Gen Mivec head, this can go in.

Any idea on the idling? What about HP gains? What valve springs do you recommend? Thx.

v2peter- kevinn7 already answered your question.but from my experience,turbo dont like valve overlap.A short duration intake cam will works well with a turbo.

kevinn7-No problem with idling, still can idle under 1000rpm.Before was use with standard valve spring.
