An interesting look at how crucial the lubricant is to a Scuderia Ferrari Formula One engine. This video illustrates the oil flow through the V8 race engine and the extreme pressures faced by the Shell Helix Ultra Racing lubricant at 18,000 rpm. Maximum protection is crucial as the oil flows through the channels at 98km/h with pressures at the main bearing equivalent to standing at the bottom of the sea.
