Hello

I have a Starion G54B engine in a Pajero long wheel base, LO47 for normal daily driving and some off road when I'm free. The G54B is a 2.6L, in line 4, 8 valves EFI, turbocharge engine.
In the engine bay the following were done:
  • Changed stock TD05-12A to 16G, bore 10mm on compressor housing and 2mm on turbine housing.
  • Added a by pass valve back to air intake can, air flow sensor at air filter intake.
  • stock boost of 0.4 bar boost.
  • side gap and align BPR6ES-11 spark plugs

Exhaust is 4-2-1, straight thru, 2.5" with stock downpipe about 2.25", one muffler box straight thru.

Transmission stock Pajero LO47 with oversize 10" flywheel and clutch set.

Running 35" silverstone MT117 daily.

Otherwise, mostly the engine is still very much stock.

Do you think I should do a 2.5" down pipe? There is a stock sensor at this point. I am thinking of doing a injector rail system to take 4 injectors, change to another computer system for overall management. Currently it is running wet injection type;ie, on 2 injectors only. Comments? Thanks in advance.
