My valve cover very dirty and look so dull...need to use wat to clean it?

if dirty why not wash it n polish??? or ony reason to change it to R color?

clean with laundry detergent such as fab or what ever. Then use those tyre shining wax to wax it (tyre wax - those which is look lik milk, white colour)

I wash it and use tyre shining wax to clean...now looks cleaner. Thanks guys!
