inside means the down pipe goes back inside exhaust..that means no screaming sound once full boost...

if outside means when your boost level reaches full boost from that onwards u will hear screaming wastegate sound....vrashhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
