nick, i can get a hybrid which is pnp to ur current manifold. cost around 900, dis will be a better turbine compared to dat garrett on a 4efte. my fren has a whopping 176whp (dyno and tuning done in millennium using dis turbine on his 4efte wit everythin else std, fueling complemented by a microtech lt4 wit build in ignition module, of course

cruiser : aftermarket manifold, for dis i usually custom it at a performance shop called ijal exhaust, located in selayang. they have good craftmenship and use very good materials for their products. iam using a 4efte and had never custom an exhaust maifold from them, because i not need any (not yet anyway, LOL), but u want a quotation on dat, i'll ask them afterwards

xtremeleo,
i just don't hv the luxury of time to get the manifold customised LOL. Tks for seeking out the information. I'd consider a TD04 manifold too if there is one readily available :)

Hmm I had the impression that the Forester comes with TF035 turbo which is very good on the 4E but harder to come by compared to the TD04. The TD05 would be laggy on a 1.3 engine IMO.

a little lag will help to archieve traction for fwd car if your car is use for drag...if for daily use go smaller...

cruiser : or u can just mod the existing manifold wit an adaptor to accommodate the td04, dis had been made before. but u wudnt be using the tdo4 fully as the std mani is too restrictive ler. take sum time to custom a unit, and ull be smiling for years

the original manifold is only good for standard boost set-up. above that it's bad for engine thus me looking for an aftermarket unit. sigh...

if only there is one decent manifold readily avail. mine is a daily driven car so a drag car it is not haha... use it for commuting to work so I need it to remain'streetable'. The KKK is awesome too btw
