Is your auto cruise still functioning? My 1997 A32 giving up about 2 years ago. At first the auto cruise will engage and will cancel off automatically after few minutes (without brake pedal being press and without any reason).....at last, I cannot get the auto cruise engage at all. Any idea? Any Sifu here know how to repair it?

Hi Teik Kee...it is likely that the vacuum actuator (the black cyliinder in the engine bay beside the timing chain cover with the cable attached) has burned out. You will need to get a replacement. I'm researching putting in something from another car as the A32 part is not available in the chop shop.

Hi defcon, I have actually checked on the cylinder, the Red LED is on when I switch it on. Not sure if replacement for this part is available...but anyway to repair this cylinder? It seems that power is sending to the unit, but something is wrong with the unit...haii..
