Engine temp rise & air cond not cold

dear sifu's, im having this problem currently. driving halfway, my air-cond starts blowing warm air out, when this occurs my engine temp gauge will hit redline - making the driver panic. after that, the air cond becomes cold again, and the temp goes back down to where it should be. it repeats itself.

if engine overheat, it wont go down so fast to my knowledge.

what could be the problem? radiotor? fan not working? something leaking?

have u done any mods to ur car lately??... improper modification such as skimming cylinder head or wrong a/f tuning can cause rise in engine temperature...

for ur radiator problem, troubleshoot the problem step by step...
- flush and clean ur radiator and coolant
- make sure no leak around ur entire cooling system
- check thermostat if it is faulty
- check if radiator fan spins or not

as for ur aircond, i guess its the heat from ur engine causing it... but nevertheless, checking ur aircond system as well to make sure it works well..
- check if aircond condensor spins or not
- check availability of aircond gas
- check cooling coil if it leaks or jz plain dirty

welcome... lucky u found ur problem... overheating can cause serious engine problem...
