Earlier this month, the new Bugatti Chiron was made available for media taxi-ride at the Nurburgring circuit in Germany.

The megacar continues its public appearance by visiting the LeMans circuit last week, uncalled-for, during the Parade de Pilotes, or the Drivers' Parade, ahead of the day-long race.

The drivers' parade is a tradition, hosted by the town of LeMans, near the historic Circuit de la Sarthe with drivers usually sitting on open top classic and iconic cars.

Then, there comes the surprise. Attention went pass Ferraris and Lamborghinis towards the mighty Bugatti Chiron, slipping through the mass crowd after the convoy of classic cars. The Veyron's brother also went for a track exercise the following day.

Indulge yourself in the video below to see the speed machine that made everyone's head (as well as cameras) turned to it.

Unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show a few months ago, the Chiron features the same engine although in a different configuration as its predecessor; an 8.0-litre W16 quad-turbo that produces 25% more power. The output figures read at 1,500 hp and 1,600Nm of torque, with a 420 km/h top speed.

The Bugatti Chiron will appear on this week's Goodwood Festival of Speed in England, where it will do the hill-climb run of the Sussex Hill.

Will we ever see one on Malaysian roads in the near future?
