Thermo Wrapping S/steel Headers?

Hi guys.....

Issit advisable to thermo wrap full s/steel headers for NA applications like mivec or vtec?? i m referin 2 those non jasma n r replicas versions....... i hav heard a couple of cases of cracked headers wrapped in thermo due 2 intense heat buildup........ possible??

anyway wat would u advise??

with or without,those stainless steel header will have possiblity crack after some longtimes.according to some people with thermal wrap it will speed up the process

pro= provide lesser temp around engine bay, good for intake & engine respond
cons = can coz pipe crack in long term usage

will galvanize steel header crack too? i'm having problem with engine bay being way too hot.. even my hood i think i can fry eggs, well, just have to take a while lar...
