Its karat confirm. Coz yesterday nite I open the water tank and flush full of karat. So the tank is clear but I am sure inside radiator still full of karat coz I open the radiator cap I can see all the brown colour water. I try to open the bottom cap to release radiator water but engine cover block the cap. I cant find wat to open the botton engine cover. Damn!
The reservoir tank inside got debris?
I still remember mine got a lot of debris (not sure where it came from).

I think u can reach the drain plug from top of the engine. ( Put ur hand inside and reach the bottom)
Make sure engine is cool and Dont start the engine.
When tightening it back, make sure dont overtight because the thing is plastic.

Bottom cover i think there is two bolt size 12 if not mistaken.

Another method (Don't do if not confident):
1. Using FLat screwdriver loosen the clamp at the bottom hose. ( cant' remember philips or flat screwdriver)
2. Take the hose out. ( U might have difficulties here for first timer )
3. If the still stuck, slowly slip in the FLAT screwdriver and spray wd40 inside. ( the hose might crack if u pry it )
4. Use garden hose put at the top at the radiator and flush it.

*This method is not a full flush.
*Ur bottom hose might have a small crack too because the hose already old.

Just remove one end of the top hose. Easier to reach. Start car and let engine run until water starts to flow. Keep filling water thru' radiator top. Run until water comes out clean. Then attach back top hose refill with water and coolant.
If radiator got rust inside, then don't add coolant yet. Add water then send to radiator shop for radiator cleaning, then only add water and coolant.

Here is a picture....My own DIY flush
