Kenwood DPX-440 Tuner

Need help here guys!
My brother just installed the above unit (Japan model) on my car but unfortunately the tuner frequency ranging from 70+ Mhz to 90+ Mhz. Anybody here knows if the unit can be adjusted compatible to our frequency?
If cannot is there any additional accessories that I can installed to get the desired frequency?

yes u will need to add frequency expander (or some shops call it booster), item sold in most shops lah, easy to find one, just tell them youre problem then they'll know, very common problem
