if not mistaken kappa perfect has the -db thing for tweeter
at the crossover.

Frequency response starts at 75hz.

btw nowadays alot china kau sai stuff..not imitation but low grades stuff...cos u r paying the price of an imported wan but u get kau sai stuff..
