HU Memory

I’m having problem with my HU. I just transfer it from my old car to a new car. Then it seems like HU memory didn’t work. I suspect it could be wiring problem. When I check with acc people, they said the HU IC sudah koyak. According to him, this type of HU always like that. Just want to find out with you guys whether its true or not.

Maybe they didn't connect the memory cable (usually orange) to battery?

my opinion they connect the remote and the power line to the acc source... once close your car then everything reset...
