The qualifying for tomorrow's 2010 installment of the Merdeka Millennium Endurance race has just ended and posted below are the complete results. Qualifying at the front of the grid is not exactly necessary in an endurance race, but a clean start with zero traffic is essential as well.
This year's favourite's Audi Race Experience Team Joest qualified fourth behind the Lamborghini's and Porsche of Team PCS Racing, Arrows Racing and Alex Yoong's KK Performance Team. The biggest disappointment came in the form of defending champions, the Petronas Syntium Team who took the last two spots of their class. One of the Petronas BMW Z4M's suffered a breakdown but the team is working overtime to rectifiy the problem as I write this.
