If single fin spoiler it can fit easily, as the roof plenty of space, however whether it works is another thing altogether....

A proper and functional vortex generator must be made according to the each car shape, speed, performance requirements. MMC spent countless hours in wind tunnel to fine tune and ultimately created the "hedgehog" VG on their famous Evo.

Even if someone could custom make a VG, there is no way to ascertain that the custom made VG would work.....
Unless the TS only wants to install the VG on the car for looks only....
