steelmate 898G or crimefighter alarm?

Which one better? hehe....Anyone using above alarms? kindly share experience n review. Tq~!

im using steelmate..
I ve been use it from 2005 until now..and so far so good..
for me both alarm is likely the same..but if u read from the both manual book,
u can see the pro n con from the both alarm..
for me,i vote for steelmate 898G

mzs...u have problems with range not as advertised? mine goes out of range after about 1km...worse if have anything in between n even worse if in building.

but all in all...898g not bad. remote n alarm hasnt given me any problems since i installed it 3 years back.

U mean steelmate signal range will out of range after abt 1km?

that is what stated in the specs, 1 km range in open areas. If in between there is building, it will be lesser than 1 km.

bro i bought through ZTh of the forumer forgot his name/nick ady. but i install at his frens shop in bukit tinggi klang. rm 600 i think. i like the autostart function 5mins,10 to 15 mins option easy to warm up when u live in apartments..
