You will solve the problem when you increase the RPM by adjusting the setting on the throttle body, however it will be very high when engine is cold. Anyway, I had similar problems previously and it was only resolved after replacing the ICV (Idle Control Valve
 

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

My car CEL seems to come on when the car is about to switch to lean burn mode, so the ECONO light on the dash does not illuminate. Tailpipe is sooty black and fuel consumption is increased.
