Persona engine kong...what can be done??

hi all,
thinking to replacing my wife car engine(Persona) which kong ready..
it took some time for me to think the best engine to fit in..would u guys help me on the choosing engine.
never get played with proton engine before..please advice..:idea:

Campro engines are damn expensive. the CFE even more so. Don't listen to the stupid one above me he's really stupid. Throw a 4G93T in.

Going to mod, or just replace. If just want to replace why not overhaul the original, or is it in very bad condition?

Be specific. Maybe with car's age and so on. This will factor in other wear and tear like suspension
and bushes.
Anyaway, Ixeo was right. Go for 4G93 DOHC or SOHC(cheaper option) is fine but not the turbo variant. Unless you are well verse with turbo engine maintenance. NA engine is sufficient since its driven by your wife. Power is marginally more than your current Campro IAFM. Not to mentioned being more reliable.
Stay away from another Campro as you may never know its service history. This is especially for a
used Campro engine.

The terbalik ones come in SOHC as well? How about the service history of the 93?

i want to fit a evo motor to my neo either a 1.8t or a 2.0t i can find any info on the swap and ive been looking for weeks,

i really want the 2.0 in but want i want to know is what gearbox is used? also are the mounts the same? im guessing not but want to make sure.
the lad who is doing my car has a twin engine c2 , awd with over 500whp so he knows what he is doing but i want to get everything before we start.

or is the 1.8t an easier job?

hope someone can help as i want to get this...
