yes, a fuel pump relay will definitely ensuring your pump is getting full voltage.
but bear in mind that if the pump itself is weaked, adding a FPR only extend the life of your car. it's worth a shot.. :)
FCD is when u need to boost higher than stock limit. if u don't have intention of boosting more than 0.9 Bar, no point in a stock ECU.... an after market ECU can easily help you to richen up all the points and remove the fuel cut at high boost, also the speed limiter (niceeee)...
12.5 is pretty lean.. but still safe.. just dangerous... i suggest go ahead with the FPR or/and PM me for a after market ECU i have one...
