Forget about BMW and Mercedes. This makes the Germans look like peasants. The specification of this at its asking price is just mind boggling. If you buy a 330i over this, you're just a badge snob. Sadly there won't be further price reduction when its CKD? So sad. That being said the rear is ugly, looks like an European Honda Civic.

Very powerful car, easily outgun anything below rm300k. I also don't like the rear lights.
A stock Evo 8 does 0-100 in like ~4s right

And this thing does it in luxury... technology really does keep improving. Faster than a Audi R8 V8.... lol. The Chinese really know how to give you the specs and sell it cheap.

Yes, mid 4 secs, maybe a tad slower actually.

This Volvo is a sleeper, similar to those old T5 when it came out.

well on the bright side would be happy to own an Evo outside warranty period. This? Can’t wait to get rid of it before warranty runs out like a live grenade.

The rear lights grew on me, i was hating it when it first came out on S90. The lights look better on S60 it seems.

Let a chick pick in between Evo and S60, they will jump in the S60 any time. Evo unfortunately is still a sausage's car. LOL.

I don't think so. I think chick will jump in Mercedes instead. Volvo, despite looking damn hot is the new "uncle car", taking over the reigns from Mercedes. New Mercedes is young luxury, whereas Volvo rolling out its XC90 then XC60 has firmly seated itself as the family car..which means uncle.

To a chick a CLA 200 or C Class is probably hotter than this S60

Merc has been known as gold diggers car all over Asia. So i am not surprised if majority chicks pick Merc over Volvo.

Some time ago when I was doing a speech I made reference to the Volvo XC90 and everyone looked at me with blank looks. I even called it the Volvo SUV and folks were still blur. Had to show them the pic and then only heard a few "ohhhhhh.. that one ah?"

Seriously. Volvo needs a better slogan and marketing team

The self-styled world cup of motorsports, the A1GP, had a decent formula that could have seen it reach that status had the spec-racing series stuck around longer. It pitted national teams against each other with identical Ferrari-powered chassis on circuits all around the world. Nonetheless, financial turmoil never really left the series and it was liquidated at the end of the 2009 season.

Since the series...
