my Mazda 2 used to be very quiet and nice, but during the 70k KM service, the service center says the v-belt was cracked so we replaced it. since it's after warranty so i paid for it.

The problem comes 2-3 weeks after replaced the v-belt, whenever i accelerate when pickup, i will hear a "klik klik" sound from the engine

When i ask my mazda gang, they told me that it's normal because when they replace the v-belt they will hurt the tensioner and that is actually the tensioner sound. Even I replace the tensioner and fix the problem, next time if I replace the v-belt and the tensioner will have the same sound again.

any idea ?

2. Recently converted from auto to manual gear and changed to ultra light flywheel

With the above, the car is certainly driving a lot better. But of course, a car enthusiast's desire for greater speed knows no bounds. Therefore, to enhance torque...
