The Falken FK510 should be a good buy also. Recommended by tyre review many times......
But I heard Fk510 prices have increased so not as cheap.

Only RM380 for 18 inch? Promo price or normal current price.
I'm looking to replace my 17 inch 225/45 toyo R1R
At the moment the prices still that cheap. I even read in other forum someone bought even cheaper still!

How does s1e3 fair against toyo tr1? Seems like this two having almost same price

TR1 is not so globally available so no reliable reviews out there yet, but based on just hearsay it's just so-so, some say not good in the wet. Toyo tires in general historically also never came out really well in comparison tests. I'd bet S1E3 will outperform TR1 easily.

I agree with this, even on paper, TR1 is below Proxes Sports and so far Toyo have not had any good review. I have used the T1R before and it was one of the worst tyres I have used. S1E3 is Hankook top range even above V12 model......

Yeah TR1 is more like entry level UHP, and the tread design is so weird. I am still skeptical on that design.

T1R were trying to copy the successful first GY F1 design but failed.

Yah, pattern look alike but compound differ. Wheel spin in 3rd gear in wet is really bad, none of my oither UHP does that. GY F1GSD3 was one of the best tyres that I have use in the wet, but some how latest Asy and esp F1SS could have surpass ........

The price of cars in Malaysia may not go any lower if the government removes the various duties imposed on imported automobiles, said International Trade and Industry Deputy Minister Jacob Dungau Sagan.

He said there are various factors that are outside of the government's control in determining the price of imported cars, such as component prices and foreign exchange rates.
