F1A5 is the cheapest there, not sure if true here especially since PS4 prices has dropped a bit too.

Unfortunately stupid Continental Malaysia doesn't seem to import the CPC6 hoping to fool people to settle on the MC6 instead, claiming to rival PS4 but never has the balls to really make a comparison test to prove it.

Also PS4S, CSC6, and F1SS are not available here in 17 whereby they are in many other countries. 17' sizes for the F1A5 in the MY website is also very limited. Very frustrating!

Yah, F1A5 seems very slow with their tyre sizes......:banghead:

video embeds now looking much better at full screen :driver:

Video embed looks amazing, I just watched it here. Very obvious Giti is sponsoring the video, the fact that the guy talks about tyre when there's no actual test, just tarnishes their usual credibility.

What is an "honourable" mention?

The tyre ranks dead last from the tests.

Oh, no Tom that’s not what I meant hahaha. No apology needed. Their videos are usually good but when it’s a clear product placement I think they can be more honest about it.

Btw, I just realized I think last week or 2 weeks ago that Goodyear Malaysia has another new tire listed there called the F1 Sport! This is the first time I heard or know that there's such model in their line up and not sure its relation to the more popular F1A5 and the F1SS, is it in between those 2?

If not mistaken, that is the F1 D5 replacement. In their F1 SS tyre launch there was one tyre blanked out and mentioned it was coming......lol

Yeah noticed it offers smaller 16' sizes, unfortunately no 15' though. So it's like PS3 becomes PS4 in Michelin range.

Yeah 15' now is a lot less choice of good ones as V12E2 and F1D5 seem gone now.
The wheels getting bigger. Back in the days of 12" and 13", 80 series aspect ratio and 70 series was low profile already. Now 55 series are standard, and 14 and 15 are now standard for smaller cars. Tyre manufacturer also follow with UHP tyres in bigger sizes.....lol

Yeah, not a trend that I actually fancy much. Cars are also getting bigger all the time.
