hi guys, I'm restoring/modding a fiat 600D at the moment, shell is having a full rebuild with factory panels where possible and hand made repairs in other areas, the shell is almost done, and now the decision is to with fiat 903 with abarth tuning parts (ready to fit in my workshop) or change direction and go daihatsu L2 or L5. Here are a few pictures of the shell build up, at the moment I have it as a rolling shell to set up the Abarth wheels arch kit and the front fender cuts, after this, its back on the rollers to finish the welding. I need to make some new contacts regarding these L engines, as I dont know much about them at all, first thing is to find a scrap block and crank to do some trial fitting to the fiat transaxle. This is all DIY with some outsourced machine work etc as needed.

ZTH isn't as happening as it used to be. Social media kinda took away some of its glam and glory.

But keep posting here, at least it'll be immortalized in a place where it's open access and easily googled.

yea, all the 600's here have suffered years of abuse, and have had patch work repairs, so I decided to do a full shell rebuild as I could not find a good one. I did the same for my 850 coupe...

Nice work done bro.
Agreed on Izso, ZTH not the same as before.
Back then this the only famous internet hang out for car enthusiast.
Talk about anything (basically anything ... :)

Furthermore, most the people in here kinda tua-tua already.
Or some Cuci Tangan already.

For me, I still enjoying car life (probably reducing by the end of this year)

That is the problem, as age catch up, some goes in family life mode, some in business mode, some older ones fade away and not many young ones comes in. Modding screen also quite different as car technology changes......:driver:
