hi bro,

u can try:

campro piston kit

s4ph - low comp piston 76mm oem spec (1.6) (willl give u 11-12bar on comp tester)
s4pe - high comp piston 76mm oem spec (1.3) (will give approx 16-18bar on comp tester) (dome piston)

or u might try

s4ph/s4pe 77mm piston

the price roughly rm350-450 including piston ring (proton part center price)

the car is finished already. used mazda b6 piston dome type. 78mm one. now even gear 5 can reach rpm 7k. quite an accomplishment. i decided not to use perdana v6 piston because its 78.4mm. too big for us. thx for all your help.

78mm!!! Wah!!! Did you redo the liners? Isn't 78 already touching the water jackets?

Not necessarily la vr2, can be adjusted via ignition timing. If it's a VDO, it's automatic. Best thing is VDO will adjust based on your octane too so powerrrrrrrrr when you want it.. only bad thing is it takes about a day to self adjust.

Mine can't, and when tuned too low the power lost....:banghead:

if 4g15 mod 1.6 stroker kit, the piston remain unchange?
can i assume my engine displacement has increased from 1.5 to 1.6 ?

Stroke will increase displacement a bit. But by how much exactly depends on the crank you use, the conrods, etc. Measure it with the cylinder + oil method la. And it might just still be a 1.5++ rather than a 1.6. Since stroke is different you'll definitely feel a torque difference

Depends on the car make. If like old Ford models the 1.3 and 1.6 shares the same piston size, only that 1.6 have longer stroke to increase it's capacity. Long stroke also better low end torque.

For bro. Kyusuke_FD3S, if 1.5 and 1.6 have different piston size the stroke might be the same only...
